I found you the summer after I
graduated from highschool. You were
one of 9 pups living under an old house with
your Mom. At first you were scared
and wanted nothing to do with me,
but eventually you came around. You were
my constant companion...going everywhere
with me. You helped me through the tough
times. You were always there for me.
You protected me and would have given
your life for me. You were a great dog
and an even better friend. No one will ever
replace you. Rest in peace my sweet angel.

I can not say enough words or cry
enough tears to express the loss
I feel without you here.
I miss your sweet expression,
your protective bark,
and your unconditional love.
I miss the snowdrift on
my driveway, always welcoming
both family and friends.
I miss the feeling of security in
knowing you were here to protect us all.
